Alyshia Keys-Harris is a Learning Designer at the Harvard Graduate School of Education’s Teaching and Learning Lab (TLL), where she partners with faculty to design online learning experiences that are grounded in learning science and built to inspire meaningful engagement. She focuses on creating scalable, research-informed approaches that support both excellent teaching and vibrant learner communities.

With nearly two decades of experience across instructional design and education, Alyshia brings creativity, collaboration, and deep pedagogical expertise to every project. She leads the design of flagship programs, mentors graduate students and emerging learning designers, and develops strategies that equip educators to meet learners’ evolving needs.

A St. Petersburg, Florida native, Alyshia is married to her Superman and is the proud mom of five curiously hilarious kids. She loves to travel and celebrate life’s adventures with her tiny humans—usually with music playing and laughter in the air.
