Within HGSE’s Teaching and Learning Lab I have created a wide range of instructional solutions designed to produce exceptional student outcomes, increase course consistency, reduce design times, and increase efficiency. Produce staff, faculty, and student facing documentation and trainings. Collaborate within and across teams to deliver remarkable results under extremely tight timelines. Key Accomplishments Designed Student Experience Framework for Online Learning Designed HGSE’s Course Evaluation Rubric Lead the creation of HGSE’s syllabus template, Canvas template, and HGSE’s first Online Teaching short course. Led the design of several dozen courses Led the redesign of core experiences for several EdM programs As needed leads the evaluation and updates of HGSE’s EdM foundations course How People Learn.
